About Us

MECHANIX PLUS as our  name and logo suggests came about from a desire to provide a better service to our customers in the Wynnum/Manly/Tingalpa/Fishermans Island area than just servicing their vehicle.

In addition, to providing you with vehicle servicing including Mnaufacturer's Logbook Servicing that maintains the Manufacturer's Vehicle Warranty, we can offer you a huge range of services now, making us a "One Stop Auto Service Centre".   We arrange everything for you so that you don’t waste precious time trying to juggle your schedule to get it all done. We do all that for you.   We’ve chosen the best local experts to undertake the specialist work which we can’t do.  This we believe is important to all our customers and especially to our numerous Business customers whose time is so valuable.

MECHANIX PLUS's business philosophy is to provide a service to its customers ensuring their vehicle is serviced to a standard that guards the safety of the driver and the vehicle occupants and the other road users, as well as ensure the vehicle is reliable and will get the vehicle from home to its destination and back again at a price that is acceptable to the customer.

People
MECHANIX PLUS's staff at are highly skilled mechanics with over seventy (70) years experience in the motoring industry.   They are expert in all Australian Models including Holden, Ford, and Mitsubushi and have good knowledge of most other vehicle Brands.   Your vehicle is serviced by a MECHANIC,  not a young apprentice or technical assistant.

MECHANIX PLUS under its current name has been operating since early 2006, but as a business has been operating for sixteen years in the Wynnum areas as Garry Bowen's Auto Clinic, a trusted and well known local business.

Chauffeur you
We will take you back home or drop you where you need to go (within the Wynnum bayside area) and pick you up again when your vehicle is ready.  Alternatively we’ll come to your home or workplace, pick up your vehicle and deliver it back at the end of the day.

 

Reward you

On your third Service visit* you will automatically receive a Mechanix Plus Privileges Card.  Your card gives you 10% discount off your vehicle Servicing invoices and 5% off our other services, providing you book a Service at least once a year. You’ll also receive other VIP benefits such as priority booking, tips on reducing Service costs and special offers exclusive to Privileges card holders.  *Minimum spend $100 per Service.  Our Privileges Card Benefit are now available to family and friends of our Privileges Card Holders.
