"Under the Trade Practices Act dealers cannot limit their warranty obligations or claim the warranty is void if the vehicle is serviced by someone other than the dealer or its agent. The statutory warranty applies to new and second hand cars."

  2. We undertake a 99 point safety check before commencing the Service to ensure your vehicle is safe for you to drive.
  3. If we discover problems with parts or operations which are extra to your Service Plan, we classify the problems by urgency.Interior
  4. We ring you immediately and advise the priority and cost.
  5. You decide what you want us to do.
  6. You receive an itemised invoice which leaves you in no doubt of what has been done and what hasn’t.

How to choose the right service plan

Choosing the right service plan depends on a few factors:

  1. The age of your vehicle
  2. When it was last serviced and what was done
  3. Driving conditions and workload on the vehicle

Continuous high-speed driving for more than two hours or towing heavy loads over rough country roads can put greater than normal demands on a vehicle.   Long drives in hot summer temperatures can cause heat stress making it more difficult to maintain temperatures at normal operating levels – particularly for older vehicles. A vehicle in tuned condition will be at its most fuel efficient, which is very important with today’s high fuel prices.
